DOCUMENTATION / Connect tools

Notion

Search connected pages and export accepted task outputs as new child pages.

On this page

Notion uses its hosted MCP service with OAuth. You sign in to the workspace you want to use; you do not create a custom Notion app or paste an integration token into Jak.

Connect Notion

  1. Select the product and open Tools → Providers → Notion.
  2. Choose Connect with Notion.
  3. Sign in, choose the intended workspace, and review the access granted on Notion’s consent screen.
  4. Authorize the connection and return to Jak.

Ask an agent to find and read a known page to check that the intended content is accessible. Reads are capped at twelve calls per request, so start with a specific page or topic.

Try it

Ask Blair:

Find the product messaging page in Notion. Read it and suggest a launch article outline that follows its positioning. Link the source page and return the outline for review.

Chat tools can search and read pages. Creating a page requires a separate owner-approved action.

Save accepted work to Notion

  1. Open the task, review its output, and choose Accept work.
  2. Choose Save to Notion for the output you want to export.
  3. Select Notion account and enter Parent page URL or ID.
  4. Review Page title and Page content.
  5. Choose Approve and create Notion page.

Jak creates a new child page under the chosen parent. It does not automatically export every accepted task. Confirm the parent is accessible through the connected workspace.

If something goes wrong

If a page is missing or creation fails, check the selected workspace and permissions for the page and parent. Reconnect if authorization expired. If the result is uncertain, inspect the parent in Notion before retrying: the page may already exist.
