Publishing and exports
Understand what accepting a task does and which external actions you can approve today.
On this page
Accept work marks a task Done. It records your acceptance of the output. Sending, publishing, and exporting are separate decisions.
Available task actions
Connect the provider to the same product first. After accepting work, use the relevant task control:
| Action | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Save to Notion | Review the account, parent, title, and content, then approve creation of a child page. |
| Create Kit draft | Review the account, subject, and body, then create a private broadcast draft. Choose targeting and send in Kit. |
| Create MailerLite draft | Review the account, verified sender, subject, and body, then create a campaign draft. Choose the audience and send in MailerLite. |
| Apply MailerLite automation change | Review the target and supported rename, email subject, or delay change before approving it. |
These controls bind approval to the specific account and content you review. A changed output or destination needs its own matching approval.
Finish social publishing in the provider
The current browser app reads connected X and Typefully data and helps draft social content. Copy the accepted content into the provider to review its account, destination, and timing before publishing.
X, Typefully, and custom HTTP actions do not yet have complete user-facing approval workflows. Saving a tool connection does not enable those writes from chat or the task screen.
Check uncertain results
An interrupted or timed-out external action may have reached the provider. Read External action results on the task, then inspect the destination before repeating anything.
If the app asks you to verify the outcome, I have verified the provider result records your manual check. It does not check the provider or resend the operation. Do not use it to skip an unresolved result.
Recurring work still needs review
Every recurring run creates a fresh task. A schedule does not carry forward publishing approval, automatically send drafts, or repeat an external write. Review each new output and use its available export controls separately.
